Sales Terms + Refund Policy

WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE SALES TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE SALES TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.

Payments; Automatic Payments

All purchases are subject to availability and charged at the time of purchase, whether the items purchased are in stock or offered on a pre-order basis. If you are paying electronically (e.g., by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Venmo or other online payment account service), you grant us permission to charge your provided payment method for all amounts due, including any payment plan, subscription package, or other automatic payment options you have chosen, without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt via email for all payments made. To the extent necessary for processing your payment, you authorize us to share your payment information and related instructions with our third-party service providers.

When will my items arrive?

We strive to deliver your purchase promptly, and orders are processed for delivery in the order received. Although delivery timeframes can vary, most in-stock items delivered within the continental United States are delivered within 2 – 4 days of shipment. International orders will take longer depending on your country and their customs laws and regulations.  You will receive a shipping notification with a delivery estimate and tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way. If your shipment does not arrive please refer to your tracking number.

What items are returnable?

  • Full price physical items: within 30 days after purchase, request return authorization for online purchases.
  • Sale price physical items: within 30 days after purchase, request return authorization for online purchases.

You have up to 7 days after receiving a return authorization for online purchases to drop off your return at Return Mailing Service Provider (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). After that time, your items will not be eligible for return.

What items are NOT returnable?

  • All digital courses and digital products
  • “Final Sale” items
  • Items worn or damaged after purchase
  • Items that have been used
  • Items that do not have the original tag still attached
  • Customized items received as ordered
  • Items whose return window has lapsed
  • Sample sales and pop-up sales are considered final sales; no exchanges or store credits will be given.

What’s the process for returns?

If you purchase returnable items online and your return is authorized, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. You have up to 7 days after receiving a return authorization for online purchases to drop off your return at Return Mailing Service Provider (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). After that drop off deadline, your items will not be eligible for return.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned items are received and inspected by our team to ensure they are returnable, you’ll get your refund notice within 3 business days. Depending on bank processing times, it can take up to 2 weeks before those funds are returned to your account, which may be during your next billing cycle.

What’s the process for exchanges?

The process is the same as for returns, except that we will begin fulfilling your exchange request upon receipt of your returned item / when your returned package is scanned by Return Mailing Service Provider (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). If the replacement item is no longer available at the time we receive your returned item, you’ll receive a store credit.
